Milk Chiller Cooling Equipment is one of the equipment of Milk Cooling Equipment concept dairy farm. It is used to cool the freshly squeezed milk from about 36℃ to 4~5 ℃ within 2~3 hours, and store it at this temperature until processing or shipping to inhibit bacterial reproduction and maintain milk freshness.

Let's talk about indirect cooling first here:
We can see that in the above picture, indirect cooling is to add a heat exchanger, the chiller cool glycol liquid or water into heat exchanger of one side,and then other side of heat exchanger through milk.This results in indirect cooling milk.
