The working principle and system composition of Water Chiller Blower
Water Chiller, as the refrigeration core of the central air conditioner, is responsible for the "internal exchange" of circulating water to reduce its temperature, and then produce "cooling water". The system is mainly composed of multiple parts, such as chiller, cooling water circulation system, chilled water circulation system, fan coil unit and cooling tower.
In the refrigeration process,Water Chiller compresses the refrigerant into a liquid state through a compressor, which is then sent to an evaporator for heat exchange with the chilled water, so that the chilled water can be cooled. Then, the refrigeration pump transports the treated chilled water to the cooling coil of each fan tuyere, and blows it through Blowers to achieve the indoor cooling effect. The evaporated refrigerant releases heat in the condenser and returns to a gaseous state. In addition, the cooling pump sends the cooling water to the cooling tower, which is sprayed and cooled by the water tower fan, and the heat is exchanged with the outside atmosphere, so as to dissipate heat into the atmosphere.
The external heat exchange system consists of two key water circulation systems: the Chilled Water circulation system and the cooling water circulation system.
Chilled Water circulation system is mainly composed of a chilled pump and a Chilled Water pipeline. When the Chilled Water produced by the chiller is pressurized by the refrigeration pump, it will enter the Chilled Water pipeline, and then carry out heat exchange in each room, so as to take away the heat in the room and achieve the purpose of reducing the indoor temperature.
The cooling water circulation system consists of cooling pumps, cooling water pipes and cooling towers. During the heat exchange of the chiller and the reduction of the water temperature, a large amount of heat is released. This heat is absorbed by the cooling water, causing the cooling water temperature to rise. Subsequently, by means of a cooling pump, the heated cooling water is fed into the cooling tower, where it exchanges heat with the outside atmosphere. After this process, the cooling water is cooled down and then sent back to the chiller again, and so on, taking away the heat released by the chiller.
Water Chiller Blower System also consists of two types of fans:
Indoor fans, which are installed in rooms that need to be cooled. The main task of these fans is to blow chilled water-cooled air into the room, thus speeding up the heat exchange process in the room.
Cooling tower fans, on the other hand, are used to reduce the temperature of the water in the cooling tower. They ensure the efficient operation of cooling towers by accelerating the dissipation of heat from the "return water" back into the atmosphere.
